L'espace aquatique très bien, c'est dommage que le bar soit fermé l'après midi car nous aurions bien aimé avoir des boissons fraîches ou autre. Nous avons vu l'équipe d'animation qu'une fois.

J'avais réservé un mobil home à un endroit spécifique, Solène, très compréhensive, m'a demandé de rappeler le lendemain de ma réservation pour avoir confirmation de cet emplacement ce qui a été confirmé. Lors de mon arrivée on me donne un autre emplacement, mécontente je demande pourquoi l'engagement n'a pas été respecté, la personne à l'accueil me répond qu'après ma réservation une autre personne a payé plus cher que moi donc on m'a changé de place, sans me prévenir, ni m'appeler pour de demander si je voulais payer un supplément. Je trouve cette pratique incorrecte et déloyale, du jamais vu !!

On est reparti le quatrième jour c'était la semaine de la canicule il y avait 38° dans le Mobilhomme pas de clim on a demandé un ventilo a l accueil, pas de ventilo . c'était insupportable . c'était un P.M.R. pas de stationnement a coté on a trouvé une place de parking a 40 mètres pas d accès possible a la plage en Fauteuil roulant malgré le logo sur la présentation.
